Refund Policy

Effective: June 4, 2026

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with RE-EVOLVE within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, contact us at billing@re-evolve.ai for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 Days

Subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual plans may receive a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the remaining subscription is non-refundable.

Service Outages

If RE-EVOLVE fails to meet its stated SLA in a billing period, you may request a service credit equivalent to the SLA-specified penalty. Credits are applied to the next invoice and are non-transferable.

How to Request

Email billing@re-evolve.ai with subject "Refund Request — [your account email]". We process all requests within 5 business days.
