Terms of Service
Effective: June 4, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RE-EVOLVE ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
RE-EVOLVE provides an AI orchestration and intelligence infrastructure platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Beta Access
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- During beta, access requires a valid invite code.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Credentials must not be shared outside your organisation.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice.
- Downgrading or cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period (see Refund Policy).
- Overdue invoices may result in service suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary model weights.
- Circumvent usage limits or entitlement checks.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or automated scraping beyond API rate limits.
- Train competing AI systems on RE-EVOLVE outputs without written consent.
6. AI Usage Policy
Agent outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them in consequential contexts (financial, medical, legal). RE-EVOLVE is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI outputs.
7. Data Ownership
You own your data. By using the Service, you grant RE-EVOLVE a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not train foundation models on customer data without explicit opt-in consent.
8. Intellectual Property
RE-EVOLVE, HGI, JARVIS, KAVACH, and associated marks are trademarks of RE-EVOLVE Technologies. The platform source code, documentation, and design are proprietary. No licence is granted to copy or distribute them.
9. Uptime & SLA
We target the uptime SLA stated in your plan. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, and third-party provider outages are excluded from SLA calculations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE-EVOLVE's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
