What is a "mission"?
A mission is a discrete task executed by your CIC agent network — a research run, a decision analysis, an automated workflow step, or a multi-agent coordination cycle.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All data is preserved.
Do you support Indian payment methods?
Yes — UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay are available for Indian customers. Pricing in INR is available on checkout.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Founder Beta users receive 30 days of Pro Max access. Standard plans have a 14-day refund policy if you are not satisfied.
What happens when I hit a usage limit?
You'll receive an in-app warning at 80% usage. At the limit, new missions are queued rather than dropped. Upgrade at any time to expand capacity.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. See our Security page for details.
