RE-EVOLVE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("RE-EVOLVE", "we", "us") operates the RE-EVOLVE platform at re-evolve.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, organisation name.
  • Usage data: agent interactions, mission logs, API call metadata, feature usage.
  • Billing data: subscription tier, invoice history. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and Razorpay — we never store raw card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, session ius, error logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the RE-EVOLVE platform.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To enforce usage quotas and entitlements.
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, invoice receipts, usage alerts).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • With your explicit consent: product updates and announcements.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Sub-processors required to operate the service (Stripe, AWS, Cloudflare, Sentry, PostHog).
  • Legal authorities when required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days post-cancellation. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@re-evolve.ai to exercise any right.

8. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary session cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies (PostHog). You may opt out via our cookie banner or browser settings.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and European Union. Transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses where applicable.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
